Abstract

Economic anthropologist Keith Hart (KH), one of the leading figures in
African studies, spoke to Social Transformations editor Lisandro Claudio
(LC) to discuss the future of African regionalism. Hart, a Centennial
Professor of Economic Anthropology at the London School of Economics
and Political Science, has recently co-edited with John Sharp the volume, People, Money and Power in the Economic Crisis: Perspectives from the Global South (New York: Berghahn Books, 2014). !e interview took place in Copenhagen in November 2014.
